ABC INITIATIVES

Financial Capabilities

We provide professional development, training, tools, and resources to support financial educators in Forsyth County in adopting best practices.

It’s important that our community provides the highest-quality financial capabilities services possible to support the financial wellbeing of our residents.

Financial education is happening in many different ways across our community. Our Coalition believes that we can play an important role in helping to bring all of these efforts together to help align and support each other in offering consistent, and high-quality financial education services for our community.

OUR VISION —

Consistent, high-quality financial education services are readily available and accessible to all people in our community who seek them.

The Financial Capabilities Committee of the ABC supports and encourages consistent, high-quality Financial Education services for the community by helping to organize, plan, and elevate the efforts of all financial institutions and non-profits teaching this work.
